I'm an end user and my machine is faulty. Can you help?Short Answer: No. Long Answer: We are a B2B wholesaler and do not supply end users. If you have a machine that it is faulty, please contact the company who supplied your machine for help with maintenance. If you call or email us, the best we can do is point you in the right direction, and we would require your machines serial number to track down your supplier.

Can I extend my warranty?Short Answer: No. Long Answer: We don't offer extended warranty on any of our products. If you have a problem with a machine that has an expired warranty, you will be charged as normal for any new machines or replacement parts.

Can I track my order?Short Answer: Yes. Long Answer: We can provide our customers with delivery tracking details. However, this information is not supplied as standard and will only be available upon request.

What payment methods do you accept?Short Answer: Most payment methods are accepted. Long Answer: We accept most payment methods, including bacs payments. The only payment method we don't accept is American Express.

How long does shipping take?Short Answer: Typically, next day dispatch. Long Answer: We aim to get all orders shipped out as soon as possible, meaning in most cases we are able to dispatch same or next day. However, large orders with factory installed upgrades will need to pass through our workshop first which will slow the process down. Additionally, if you are ordering from outside of the UK, you can expect orders to take a little longer.

Can you help with technical issues?Short Answer: Yes. Long Answer: There are two ways in which we can help our customers with any technical issues. First, we have a designated technical hub on our website with informative documents covering a wide range of topics. Secondly, we have an in-house team of expert engineers who can help our customers with any queries.

What happens if a product is out of stock?Short Answer: We will contact you. Long Answer: If you place an order for an out of stock item, a member of our customer service team will be in touch to notify you. We can place your order on hold until we have stock or we can cancel the order if preferred.

Can I add accessories to my machine(s)?Short Answer: Yes. Long Answer: Most of our main line products can be purchased with additional upgrades and accessories. On each product page, you can see all the compatible products for that machine. Some accessories / upgrades can be purchased for self-installation, or they can ordered pre-installed by our engineers. If you are unsure about any accessories, please speak to a member of the team for clarification.

Can I buy your products online?Short Answer: Yes. Long Answer: All our products are available to purchase online on our Webshop. You will need login credentials in order to view prices and checkout, these can be requested on the webshop or from a member of the team. Do you sell spare / replacement parts?Short Answer: Yes. Long Answer: We have a large inventory of spare and replacement parts for all of our technical machines.
