Who is Droople for?
Droople is the perfect fit for anyone who supplies or manages water dispensing equipment. Whether you're servicing water coolers, maintaining coffee machines, or supporting end users in the hospitality sector, Droople delivers the real-time insights and control you need to optimize performance, reduce waste, and exceed customer expectations.
The Subscription
Getting started with Droople is simple. You’ll pay an annual subscription fee for the hardware (sensors and gateway kits), and for access to the Droople platform. Your Droople subscription runs on a calendar-year basis, from January to December. This makes it easy to plan ahead and manage renewals and ​​​if you ever need to add more sensors or upgrade your setup, you can purchase additional subscriptions at anytime. Here's how the yearly cycle works:​​​

Renewal​
January
This marks the start of your new subscription period. Your access to the Droople platform is renewed automatically unless you've made changes in advance.

Reminder​
September
We'll send you an email reminder to confirm you're happy to auto-renew your subscription. This gives you time to review your usage, ask questions, or cancel.

Invoicing​
November
You'll receive your invoice for the upcoming year. This is your time to process payment or make any adjustments if needed.
