SIP Neo 3

What does SIP Neo 3 do?

Klaran
The Klaran UVC LED shield protects direct chill water coolers from bacteria, viruses and other pathogens.
What does Klaran UVC LED do?

Consistently emits UVC waves using LEDs to effectively purify drinking water.

Does not contain any mercury, which is typical of traditional purification devices.

Requires virtually no maintenance.

Klaran only activates when water is dispensed, it does not use electricity in between.

Water Filters
We offer a wide range of water filters to cover all of our equipment. We supply different types of filters including eco-friendly, conventional, scale and high output filters. Filter candles also require a filter housing (FILTHOU) in order to connect to a machines water trail. Our filter housing is built to last and is compatible with all of our green filter candles.

Our eco-friendly filters have been designed to be recyclable and re-usable where possible in order to try and tackle the issue of single use plastics. They are suitable for ambient and chilled water dispensing systems, removing the taste and smell of chlorine as well as bacteria, viruses, metals and other contaminants. Please read the description under each filter to see product specifications to help ensure you order the correct filter.

We also supply conventional water filters that are economical and straight to the point. Our conventional filter (FILTXL) uses a standard Carbon Block candle to treat mains drinking water. This filter is conventional because the filter candle is sealed inside the plastic housing, making installations more practical and hassle free. Whilst effective and inexpensive, unfortunately conventional filters can’t be recycled.

If your customer has purchased a hot water machine or is in a hard water area, our scale filter is the perfect accompaniment. We stock a high quality Brita scale filter (C150) that has been specifically designed to prevent the build-up of scale. The C150 removes sediments and minerals from the water which is key for hard water areas. Not sure if your customer is in a hard water area? Nanofilter Candle
Made from a specialised woven material, the Nanofilter is our ultimate water filter. Compatible with our re-usable housing, this filter removes 99.9% of Cryptosporidium, E.coli, Giardia, Pseudomonas and more. It also removes the taste and smell of chlorine from mains water. Suitable for for use in hospitals, schools and other institutions.
Carbon Block Candle
Traditional Carbon Block filter candle that also contains Siliphos. Fits our re-usable filter housing and removes the taste and smell of chlorine from mains water. A popular replacement candle that can be recycled with household waste.

Filter Housing
Our easy to install plastic reusable filter housing. Features a valve head which cuts off the mains water supply when unscrewed. Compatible with our Nanofilter and Carbon Block chilled / ambient water filters. This housing can be reused for approx. 10 filter candle replacements and can be recycled with house hold waste.

Filter XL
Our conventional all-in-one water filter. The Filter XL is a Carbon Block filter candle sealed inside a plastic housing. This filtration solution is designed for straightforward installation, with a John Guest push-fit connection at either end. Removes the taste and smell of chlorine from the mains water, but can't be recycled with household waste.
FILTBCM
High capacity fiberdyne filter candle. This filter candle is recommended for water coolers with high output capabilities, such as the Niagara water coolers. This candle has an approx. 20,000 litre capacity before needing replacement. This candle can be purchased as part of a kit which includes an installation rail and re-usable housing.

Brita C150 Scale Filter
Brita C150 resin scale removal filter for use in hard water areas. This filter is mainly used for boilers, removing any minerals that could harden to form scale. The lifespan of this filter is dependant on water hardness and temperature. We recommend purchasing this filter as kit with an installation rail.
Installation Rails
Connecting a POU water dispenser such as a cooler or boiler to the mains water supply requires an installation rail. An installation rail is modified pipework that allows mains water to flow into a POU machines water trail. All of our installation rail kits come with all of the required fixtures and fittings including compression fittings, non-return valves, pressure reducing valves and water blocks. You can purchase an installation rail on its own, or in a pack that includes water filters. Browse all of our installation rail options below.

Our installation rail connects a POU water cooler / dispenser to the mains water supply. Designed to be easy to use and comes complete with all fixtures and fittings including a non return valve, pressure reducing valve and a water block.

This installation pack includes our installation rail with all fixtures and fittings, a plastic reusable filter housing and one Nanofilter candle. Recommended for installation with most water coolers, especially in public facing areas. Once installed, the filter candle can be easily replaced approx. 10 times before the housing needs replacing.

This installation pack includes our installation rail with all fixtures and fittings, a plastic reusable filter housing and one Carbon Block candle. Primarily used for chilled water filtration. Once installed, the filter candle can be easily replaced approx. 10 times before the housing needs replacing.
Rail & Filter XL
This installation pack includes our installation rail with all fixtures and fittings and a complete Filter XL. This conventional installation kit is popular and economical. The Filter XL uses a Carbon Block filter candle to treat drinking water, but the housing is not re-usable and requires replacing with the candle.
Rail & High Capacity
This installation pack includes our installation rail with all fixtures and fittings, a re-usable filter housing and one high capacity fiberdyne filter candle. The installation rail in this kit is supplied with different 1/4" fittings. Primarily for use with Niagara coolers, this kit is for high output machines.
Rail Scale Filter
This installation pack includes our installation rail with all fixtures and fittings and one Brita C150 resin scale removal filter. This kit is suitable for boiler installations, especially in hard water areas. Filter lifespan is dependant on frequency of use and water temperature.

We supply a selection of water cooler overflow kits and mains drainage systems. Designed for practicality and ease, our solutions will keep your customers environment clean, safe, and spill free. Our overflow kits are essentially waste storage containers that collect waste water caught in a machines drip tray. Built with key features including alarms, drainage taps, float cut-off switches and more. We also offer two mains drainage systems for the ultimate hassle free option. A 3ltr overflow tank compatible with the following floor standing coolers: 3300X, ArcticStar55, ArcticChill 108 and the ArcticChill 109. The tank features an alarm to prevent overflowing, and an easy drainage tap for emptying. The WB4465 is available for self-installation, or factory fitting by our engineers.

OVERFLOW10
A 10ltr overflow tank compatible with the following floor standing coolers: 3300X, ArcticStar55, ArcticChill 108 and the ArcticChill 109. The tank features an alarm to prevent overflowing. The OVERFLOW10 is available for self-installation, but we recommend purchasing this overflow factory fitted by our engineers.

PUMP2L
Mains waste drainage option. Pumps waste water directly into the mains drainage point, even against gravity and over a distance of 100m. Compatible with the floor standing 3300X, ArcticStar 55, ArcticChill 108, ArcticChill 109 and Niagara cooler. Our mains waste drainage solutions are only available for factory fitting.
Acqua Alma
Our range of Acqua Alma glass water bottles from Celli. We supply bulk packs of glass refillable water bottles for still and sparkling water. We also stock replacement caps for our glass bottles.
Drip Trays
Our range of drip trays are designed to pair perfectly with our dispensing taps and other products, ensuring a clean setup for your customers. Our drip trays are durable, easy to clean, and crafted to catch any excess drips or spills, keeping your workspace tidy. Available in various sizes, our drip trays provide a practical solution for maintaining hygiene and minimising waste during dispensing. Filters
Filter Installation Kits
COâ‚‚ & Regulators
Some of our water coolers and undersink chillers have the capability for sparkling water dispensing. In order to produce or dispense sparkling water, our equipment needs to be installed with a COâ‚‚ regulator and a COâ‚‚ gas cylinder. Our cylinders and regulators are the catalyst in allowing our compatible machines to dispense sparkling water. See below for more information.
Cowlings & Brackets
Some installation sites require the need for additional fixings / brackets. Some of your customers may require cowling or a wall mounted bracket for additional security, which is often common for installation in public spaces. We supply cowling for some of our coolers and fountains, be sure to read the description under each product to find out more information including compatibility.

COâ‚‚ regulator for 600g disposable cylinder M11 thread. To be used in coolers where sparkling water is an option.
